Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic, from the Greek meaning “done by hand,” is the modern expression of a rich history of manual therapies from around the world that specifically address the spine and joints.

Modern scientific studies have demonstrated that through optimizing motion within the joints of the spine, the central nervous system becomes more able to receive proper sensory information and send proper motor signals to the rest of the body.

Dr. Molly uses a wide array of chiropractic adjusting techniques to help optimize your spine’s ability to move freely. These techniques range anywhere on the spectrum from very light and subtle to a more direct and firm adjustment.

Technique selection is always guided by the individual’s needs and comfort and by the principle that less is more when it comes to transformative healing. It is also expected that as you progress through care, your body will need different things. Dr. Molly takes special care to meet you where you are with a dynamic selection of techniques each and every time you arrive on the table.

Dr. Molly also specializes in extremity adjusting, including shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. In short, if you have a joint, Dr. Molly can adjust it!

After your Initial Session, recommended session length for chiropractic care is 20 minutes (1-2 areas of concern) to 40 minutes (3 or more areas of concern).
