Dr. Molly Meinhardt, DC
About your healer and care provider
Dr. Molly (they/them) began the journey toward becoming a healer and holistic practitioner when their own health challenges perplexed conventional physicians, leading them to look beyond what mainstream medicine had to offer in order to heal. After years of seeking, studying, and experimenting, they finally stumbled across chiropractic. Within two months of getting under care, Dr. Molly started experiencing relief that years of strict diets, various herbal remedies, and sundry other healing modalities had been unable to achieve. Having discovered what true vitality could feel like, they were inspired to learn and share this gift with others.
How they approach care
Dr. Molly uses a broad range of tools and techniques, intuitively and organically blending together the unique combination that will meet each individual where they are in the moment. Dr. Molly’s overall approach to care is guided by understanding the body as an interconnected, unified whole, recognizing that the mind and spirit are fully integrated with the physical form. To heal in a truly holistic manner, all parts of our humanity need to be welcome in the healing container. By recognizing and attending to the experiences and emotions that are tied into where we hold physical pain and discomfort, we can fully integrate those experiences and transform the pain into vibrancy. The tools in Dr. Molly’s tool belt include various chiropractic techniques (gentle manual Full Spine Diversified, Activator, Thompson, and Sacro-occipital Technique), CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, myofascial release, somatic awareness, and various subtle and energetic healing traditions.
Safety and welcome
Dr. Molly works hard to create a safe space for all of their patients to achieve the deepest possible healing. Their practice is trauma-informed, non-shaming, and inclusive. While everyone is welcome in their office, Dr. Molly specializes in supporting folks with chronic illnesses, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and many flavors of neurodiversity.
